Visual feedback
Feedback given on top of the thing itself, like a pin on a live page or a marked-up screenshot, instead of describing it in words elsewhere.
Visual feedback replaces descriptions with pointing. Instead of writing "the third card in the pricing section", the reviewer clicks the card and the tool records exactly what was meant. This removes the most expensive part of a review round: the back and forth about what the feedback refers to.
Tools differ in how they capture it. Some annotate a frozen screenshot of the page, others pin comments to the live, browsable page itself. The live approach keeps feedback attached to the real element, which matters when the site changes during the review.
