Userback is a strong platform for product teams collecting feedback from their own users: a widget, session replay, surveys, a feature portal and an MCP server, with unlimited reporters on every plan. It fits client review rounds less well: anyone who logs in takes a seat, the free plan locks feedback after 7 days, and AI, replay and surveys start at $99 a month. For design and client work on live sites, a review tool fits better.

Userback pricing
Userback has a Free plan and three paid plans: Team at $39 a month ($29 billed yearly), Business at $99 ($79) and Business Plus at $199 ($159), plus Enterprise on request. Each plan has a seat and site limit, and the people who submit feedback are unlimited on every plan.

A seat is anyone with a login to your account. Reporters, the people who submit feedback through the widget, are unlimited on every plan, and without a login a client can still view and comment on a single item you share by link.
The Free plan locks feedback after 7 days. AI features, session replay, surveys and automations start on Business; the mobile SDK, REST API and webhooks on Business Plus. The Feature Portal is an add-on at $39 a month ($31 billed yearly), and the MCP server comes with Team and up.
Since October 2026 Userback calls projects sites. Their help center offers a 14-day trial at Business Plus level, no credit card needed.
How Userback pricing changed
Userback has changed its pricing model four times since 2022: plans by users, then monthly feedback caps in 2024, a free plan with per-seat prices in 2025, and since May 2026 flat plans with a seat limit. A full team of five now pays less on Team; one or two people pay more, $39 a month instead of $9 a seat.

- Clients review free, full stop: in Userback a seat is anyone with a login to your account. Without one, clients can submit feedback and comment on single items you share, not work through a review round.
- You review designs and files: layernote annotates PDFs, images and videos as well as live pages, and imports your Figma frames. Userback's annotation is tied to page screenshots.
- Built for client review rounds: a password on the share link, a feedback deadline, and pause commenting when the round closes.

Not to submit feedback: reporters are unlimited and free. Logging in to the workspace makes them a member, and members count toward your seat limit. You can also share a single feedback item by link and let people view or comment on it without logging in.
Yes, on Team and up. It connects ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code and other tools to your feedback: they can search and read it with its console and network logs, add comments, and set status or assignee.
Figma is not on Userback's integrations page, and their help center does not cover reviewing design files.
