Upload files

Upload, pin, share. Images, PDFs and videos in one place.

01Create a project

Click New project, give it a name and pick Static files. Then upload your images, PDFs and videos.

02Pin a comment

Switch the toolbar to Comment and click anywhere on the file. A numbered pin lands on the spot and a form opens next to it.

03Invite reviewers

Reviewers get a share link. They need no account and take no seat: they open the link, type a name and start commenting.

Made for every kind of file. Pins on a spot, a page or a moment.

Videos

Click the video to pin a comment to that moment; it holds on that frame while you write. Drag the grip on the timeline to cover a stretch.

ProRes, HEVC and MKV too

A video a browser can’t play as uploaded, such as ProRes, HEVC or MKV, is converted first; you can comment once it is ready.

PDFs

Every page gets its own place in the page strip, and a comment belongs to its page.

Images

Zoom with a pinch, or with Cmd or Ctrl and the scroll wheel. Hold Space and drag to move around a zoomed picture.

Draw on it

The drawing tools sit in the comment form: Box, Ring, Line, Arrow, Pen and Marker. Everyone sees the drawing with the comment.

Clients review free

Reviewers open a project through a share link. They need no account and no seat, on every plan.

Versions

Round two does not erase round one.

When a new round of a mockup comes in, upload it as a new version of the file instead of a new file. Open the version menu beside the file’s name and choose Upload new version.

  • A new version is the same kind of file as the one before: an image after an image, a PDF after a PDF.
  • Comments stay on the version they were made on.
  • The Files sidebar shows each file once, at its latest version, with the older ones a click away.

Plans and limits

Upload limits

Images and PDFs are the same size on every plan: what sets the plans apart is their storage.

  • Images and PDFs up to 100 MB per file, on every plan
  • Videos up to 100 MB on Solo, 250 MB on Studio and Team
  • Storage: 25 GB on Solo, 100 GB on Studio, 250 GB on Team
  • Images in JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, AVIF and SVG

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Still have a question? Reach out.

Yes, and videos too, in a Static files project next to the website. Useful when a review covers the site plus its assets.

Yes. Reviewers open the project through a share link, type a name and start commenting. They need no account and take no seat, on every plan.

Images and PDFs up to 100 MB per file on every plan. Videos up to 100 MB on Solo and 250 MB on Studio and Team. Storage is 25 GB on Solo, 100 GB on Studio and 250 GB on Team.

MP4, MOV and WebM in the usual codecs play right away. ProRes, HEVC, MKV, AVI, MXF and other formats are converted first so they play in every browser; you can comment once the video is ready.

Upload it as a new version of the file from the version menu beside its name. Comments stay on the version they were made on, and the Files sidebar shows the latest version with the older ones a click away.

Because feedback shouldn’t be the hard part.
